Can i change the Pricing Plan during billing period?
Yes. You can easily upgrade plans easily in the middle of the package duration.Please drop us an email,so our billing team can assist you.The one time setup fee will be applicable only once in case of upgrade the setup fee will not be charged.
Can I use it on multiple domains?
You can use the integration script on all the pages of a domain.However for a different domain another account will need to be setup.As part of one billing account only one domain will be supported.

Does the pricing include both agents & Application?
Yes, we provide both Live Chat Application & 24/7 agents for your website. Price mentioned above includes both.
Does the pricing includes Web Analytics & Uptime Monitoring?
Yes, Currently we are providing Website Analytics & Uptime monitoring in all the plans with the exception of Basic Plan.
