Yes - and we will give you a straight answer. Some auctions need more budget than others; if yours cannot buy statistical confidence inside a quarter, we will say so on the first call and point you at the channel that fits, even when that channel is not us.

Can you look at our account before we commit to anything?

That is exactly how we prefer to start. With read access, the discovery call begins at the diagnosis: what the last 90 days actually say, what we would change, and what the math looks like once it is changed. The audit is a written document you keep either way.

Question 3

Will we be handed to a junior team after the first call?

Accepted Answer

No. The person who reads your brief, runs the discovery call and writes the proposal is the senior practitioner who would run the account. That is the structural difference here, and it is why the renewal numbers look the way they do.
