Worked example, all figures illustrative. Spend ₹3,00,000 at ₹300 per enquiry and you have 1,000 enquiries. If 20% reach a counsellor call, that is 200 conversations; if 10% of those become admissions, that is 20 enrolments - ₹15,000 per enrolment. Against a ₹1,00,000 annual fee, marketing cost about 15% of first-year revenue, and a smaller share of the full course value. The arithmetic also shows which lever matters most: lift the call-connect rate from 20% to 30% with faster calling and the same spend works out to 300 conversations and about 30 enrolments - ₹10,000 each - without touching the media. Meta reaches the much larger group who have not started searching yet, by location and interest, and retargets the ones who showed interest. How we split budget between the two depends on your programmes, your locations and how much demand already exists. We decide it from the data, not a template.

First, the forms and landing pages are built to ask the questions that separate a serious enquiry from a casual one before the lead ever reaches your team. Second, and more powerful, is CRM-side conversion tracking.
