How can a ₹940 LinkedIn lead beat a ₹200 lead from anywhere else?

Divide down to the deal and the arithmetic flips. Take illustrative numbers: a ₹940 cost per lead with 42 percent of MQLs accepted as SQLs makes the cost per SQL 940 divided by 0.42 - about ₹2,238. If one in four SQLs closes on a ₹12 lakh average deal, the channel produces a customer for around ₹8,952, under one percent of the deal it wins. Now price the cheap lead honestly. A ₹200 lead from a broad consumer channel that qualifies at 2 percent costs 200 divided by 0.02 - ₹10,000 per SQL, more than four times the LinkedIn figure, before sales has burned a week of calls finding that out.
